RoundSignal

Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 July 2026

These terms govern your use of getroundsignal.com and the RoundSignal newsletter. By subscribing or using the site you accept them.

Operator. RoundSignal is operated by its founder. For the operator's full legal identity and address, contact hello@getroundsignal.com.

The service

RoundSignal sends a weekly email digest of recently-funded startups, including a suggested role to contact and an outreach angle, compiled from public funding news. It is an information and sales-research tool.

No guarantee / not advice

Signals are derived from public sources and may contain errors or omissions — verify before acting. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or of any business result, sale, or response. RoundSignal is not legal, financial, or investment advice.

Acceptable use

Use the content for your own outreach and research. Do not resell or redistribute the paid issue contents, and comply with applicable anti-spam and data-protection law (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM) when you contact the companies featured.

Paid subscriptions

RoundSignal offers paid plans: Pro ($49/month or $490/year) and Agency ($99/month or $990/year, up to 3 seats). New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled — you may cancel at any time (before the trial ends to avoid any charge, or later to stop the next renewal), effective at the end of the current period. Prices are charged in US dollars. Checkout, billing and card processing are handled by Stripe: payment is taken on a Stripe-hosted checkout page, and neither RoundSignal nor its newsletter platform ever sees or stores your card details. The sale itself is completed through Link, a Stripe company — the checkout page labels this "Sold through Link". Link accepts the purchase, charges your payment method, acts as merchant of record, handles refunds, and calculates, collects and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax; the tax due is shown to you at checkout before you confirm. The charge appears on your card or bank statement as "link.com*ROUNDSIGNAL" — if you do not recognise it, that is what it is. The subscription itself is provided by RoundSignal under these terms. You can update your card or cancel yourself from the billing portal linked in your payment receipt, or from your Link account at link.com. Consumers in the EU/EEA may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; because paid content is made available immediately during the trial, starting the trial means access begins immediately, which can limit that right — in any case, cancelling before the trial ends means you are never charged. Billing questions: hello@getroundsignal.com.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoundSignal is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the newsletter or site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
